Police Report
This is a part of the daily activity log produced by the university’s Police
Department.

A university key was reported lost Sept. 15 at 701 S. Nedderman Drive. An incident report was filed.

An officer responded to a verbal argument between a boyfriend and a girlfriend Wednesday at 600 S. Pecan St. An incident report was filed.

A criminal trespass warning was issued to two homeless people Friday at 1200 S. West St. in Lot 50. An incident report was filed.

A person reported he found his passenger window broken and CD player damaged Thursday at 600 Summit Ave. An offense report was filed.

A person reported his DVD player and CD player stolen from his apartment Thursday at 900 S. Center St. An offense report was filed.

A minor accident was reported Thursday at 700 W. Mitchell St. No injuries were reported, and an incident report was filed.

A person reported an allergic reaction to cigarette smoke Thursday at 701 W. Mitchell St. Emergency Medical Services responded, and the person was transported to Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Two people in the Maverick Parking Garage were reportedly intoxicated and shouting obscenities at an officer Friday at 708 S. West St. An incident report was filed.

A female student was arrested with charges of public intoxication and evading arrest Friday at 1004 Greek Row Drive. An offense report was filed, and the student was cleared by the arrest.

A person reported her Visa check card stolen and used Sept. 19 at 800 Greek Row Drive. An incident report was filed.

Officers assisted an outside agency search for a person Thursday at 701 S. Nedderman Drive. An incident report was filed.

An officer took a hit-and-run report Friday at 700 S. College St. An offense report was filed.

A male nonstudent was issued a criminal trespass warning with charges of panhandling Friday at 1200 S. West St. An incident report was filed.

A criminal trespass warning was issued to a nonstudent Friday at 1200 S. Cooper St. An incident report was filed.

A complaint of a person passing out fliers was reported Friday at 702 S. College St. An incident report was filed.

A student reported her vehicle damaged while parked on Friday at 1100 W. Fourth St. in Lot 29. An offense report was filed.

A person reportedly had an asthma attack and passed out Friday at 1307 W. Mitchell St. Emergency Medical Services responded, but the person refused transport. An incident report was filed.

A report of a party with underage drinking was made Friday at 1108 Greek Row Drive. Officers reported no signs of a party or underage drinking. An incident report was filed.

A loud noise complaint was reported Friday at 1018 S. Pecan St. The people were warned to keep the noise down and were cooperative. An incident report was filed.

A female student was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated Saturday at 806 Bering St. An offense report was filed, and the student was cleared by the arrest.

A student backed up and struck a marked police unit twice Saturday at 806 Bering Drive. No injuries were reported, and an incident report was filed.

Three nonstudents were issued a criminal trespass warning at Maverick Stadium on Saturday at 1307 W. Mitchell St. An incident report was filed.

An officer investigated a marijuana possession report Saturday at 800 Greek Row Drive. An incident report was filed.

A person reported money missing from her backpack Sept. 18 at 1000 Greek Row Drive. An incident report was filed.

An officer was dispatched to Centennial Court apartments regarding a criminal mischief report Saturday at 800 Bering St. An offense report was filed.

A loud noise disturbance was reported Sunday at 1006 Greek Row Drive. The person was advised to keep the noise level down, and all nonresidents were told to leave. An incident report was filed.

A male student was arrested on charges of public intoxication and issued a citation for minor in possession Sunday at 607 Summit Ave. An offense report was filed, and the student was cleared by the arrest.

A loud noise disturbance was reported Sunday at 607 Summit Ave. The person was warned to keep the noise and music down and was cooperative. An incident report was filed.

A male student was arrested on charges of public intoxication Sunday at 706 W. Mitchell St. An offense report was filed, and the student was cleared by the arrest.

An officer took a report of harassment Sunday at 701 S. Nedderman Drive. An incident report was filed.

A male nonstudent was arrested for outstanding warrants Sunday at 600 W. Nedderman Drive. An incident report was filed, and the person was cleared by the arrest.
