Preprinted Inserts
The Advertising Director must approve all inserts in advance.
The insertion order and at least two samples of the insert must
be received at least seven days prior to the requested insertion
date.

Rates quoted are for standard-sized inserts printed on paper that
can be inserted mechanically. The advertiser agrees to pay, in addition
to rates quoted below, all costs incurred due to special handling,
return of any rejected or damaged inserts, etc. Folded inserts will
be charged at the multiple page-rate.

Inserts must be delivered to the printer at the following address
three days prior to insertion date. Insert delivery receiving
hours are 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (Please contact advertising manager
if you cannot comply with above hours.)
Special Services
UTA Student Publications provides free design and production
services for our advertising clients. Additional services are
available at the following rates. Minimum charge for any service
is one hour.
• Production services (exceeding 5% of ad cost) $15/hr
• Release of ad or its components for other uses
– One-time use in other official UTA publications $25
– Unlimited release $250
• Courier service $25
• Custom services $15/hr |
